Stephen is a qualified Chartered Surveyor beginning his property career in April 1983.

Stephen has worked in all aspects of commercial agency specialising in the leisure, retail and investment sector and has been responsible for several large investments sales including single let properties and portfolios.

Stephen has worked on several high profile retail and leisure schemes including Bicester Village Outlet Centre, The 02 Centre Finchley Road, Clapham Junction Shopping Centre, Brighton Leisure Centre and the Brunswick Centre London WC1.

Between 1998-2003 Stephen was largely involved with the very successful Arsenal Football Club regeneration scheme including the new stadium project. Stephen currently acts for several large leisure groups including Marstons as well as “niche” operators including Gymbox, Baker & Spice & Gails.

Stephen is qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1998 and also has a degree in Estate Management from the University of Westminster.
