Matthew Shefras has over 20 years experience in prime leisure and retail having previously worked at a major Central London practice.

Matthew has worked with many established and up & coming brands to build and establish their retail profile in the UK. Previously a retained consultant to Aveda, part of the Estee Lauder group of companies, he was also responsible for bringing L’Occitane to the UK.

He has also worked with several major UK developers advising on their leisure and tenant profile on high street schemes.

Matthew specialty is to work closely with all clients on a partnership basis in locating, securing and completed a transaction.

He has exact knowledge of current market rental and freehold value and is therefore well placed to advise on the right type of offer to put forward on all leisure and retail property.
